Focus Form
The steps for the "Focus Form":
Opening Bow - Bring both hands up into an X block position above your head - right hand towards you, hands open. Bring your hands down as you close your hands turn your hands palms in knuckles towards you. Hands should be level with your shoulders. From here hands follow threw as you X block down, then bend elbow before you push down block with your right hand on top of left. Bring your hands up above your head as you bring your feet together, circle hands around and back to your side and finish with a bow.
#1 - Step forward with your left foot into a horse stance as you high block with your left hand follow the high block with a reverse punch with your right hand. You should change to a forward stance with the punch. From the reverse punch step forward with your right foot as you double knife block to both sides. Slide your feet together (left to right) as you inside block with your right hand. Round house kick with your front (right) leg as you land into a horse stance downward block. Kiai
#2 - Left foot back starting in a horse stance, chop with your right hand to the front followed by a reverse punch with your left hand. Take your right hand and high block with your hand open (knife hand position) as you throw an inverted knife hand chop to the front with the left hand. Back leg front kick with your left foot advancing. As you land with your left foot left hand will shoot out into a knife hand block position and right hand will sit against your chest parallel to the ground in a knife hand block position (Shu-do position). Kiai.
#3 - Right foot back horse stance hands in Shu-do position. Chop with your left hand to the front pivot reverse punch with your right hand. Shift your stance back and high as your hand comes around push down block with your left hand. Shift into a front stance as your left hand draws back underneath your right hand as you do a vertical reverse punch. Throw a back leg sidekick with your right foot. Land downward block. Kiai.
Closing Bow - Bring feet together as you double outward block, step out into a horse stance as you double downward block. Slide your feet to shoulder width apart as you cross your hands into an X block down in front then bring your hands back to a chamber position. Shoot both hands straight out in front of you in a fist, bend elbow and spear hand straight out in front, slide hands to set stance to end the form. Bow
Power Form
Same Opening Bow as Focus Form
Combo #1 - Look to your left as you step with your left to the left high block with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand. Turn to the front reverse punch with your left hand. Step back with your right foot into a horse stance as you shoot your hand into a shu-do. Draw up into a relaxed stance as you do an x-block with both hands above your head. Uncross your hands as knife chopp down beside you. Bring your hands into a guard stance as you slide your feet together front kick with your left foot. Immediately after putting your left foot down back leg axe kick, spin counter-clockwise as you chop with your left hand and reverse punch with your right hand. Draw up into a crance stance (right leg behind left knee) going forward as you bring your back to chamber and your left hand to a knife hand position against your shoulder. From the crane stance step your right foot forward as you throw an inverted punch with your right hand and an upward open knife hand block at the same time.
Combo #2 - Slide your feet together as you upward block with your right hand stopping at shoulder level. Throw three round kicks one low, one middle and one high. Land knife hand shu-do block. Look to your right make an adjustment step with your right foot as you chop with your right hand followed by a reverse punch with your left hand. Cross in front with your left foot as you outward block with your right hand in front of you and downward block with your left hand behind you (done at the same time). Throw a back leg sidekick (with your right foot) land shu-do (knife hand block). Look to your left as you make adjustment step with your left foot. Chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand. Lean back on your right leg as you back chop with your left hand step forward with your right foot as you elbow smash. (Right elbow meets left hand chop). Left foot crosses behind spin out chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand.
Combo #3 - Turn to the back l stance low knife hand block. Go into walking stance left hand chop followed by right hand reverse punch, right hand to chest and chop step to right leg walking stance left hand reverse punch Right leg steps over left, right hand middle block. step back to walking stance reverse punch,step turn to front right hand reverse punch.

Intensity Form combo 1
Double finger tip x-strike, circle round from left to right, bring feet together slide arms across shoulders step right foot out on a 45 degree angle double straight arm chop. Circle arms bring feet together low strike palm up, switch hand to palm strike. Right leg side kick (on 45 degree) land horse stance right hand low block, high block reverse punch, switch stance to left side front stance, left hand chop, right hand reverse chop, left hand chop, reverse punch, step right leg forward, reverse punch. Step right leg back, front stance, right hand palm strike, left hand open hand high block. Pivot on back foot; step back and turn 360 degrees finish with right leg forward right hand low chop. Jump switch right leg axe kick, jump spinning hook kick, land facing left hand side in horse stance with feet parralell, left hand inner forearm block. Step left foot fto side, front stance, reverse punch. left leg advancing front kick, right leg jumping front kick, spin chop punch.
Intensity Form combo 2
Starting from right foot back guard stance. Look to your right 45 step on the 45 with your right foot, cross over with your left foot, as you step out with your right foot high block with your right hand pivot punch with your left hand. Right hand extends out as you chop across your body till your right hand retracts to the left shoulder, from there right hand extends out again and chops followed by left hand pivot reverse punch. Slide your right foot to your left foot and step your left foot out as your outward block with your left hand and punch down on the 45-degree angle with your right hand. Staying in this position bring your hands across your body as you shift your stance followed by switching your hand position so right hand is now doing the outward block and left hand is now doing the downward punch on the 45.Bring your hands back to your left side and shift your stance once again so that when your done your right hand is doing the inward block, left hand is doing the punch and you are facing the left front corner of the room or ring. From this position right hand is going to downward palm heel as it continues to circle left hand is going to push down and roll threw until the right hand comes back up in position and back fists to the left 45 while resting on the left hand. (Arms should form an L shape) Bring your left knee down to the ground as you shoot your right hand behind your knife hand chop, left hand will come across your chest and rest in a knife hand position in front of your right shoulder.As you shift so that your right knee is down, not your left, swing your arm around and down as you do right hand ridge hand on the downward diagonal. Stand up stepping up with your right foot first and bringing your left foot together. Right hand extends out and points and brings down into a knife hand position. Multiple Kick Sequence with the right leg- Round kick to the right and left 45 followed by round kick to the center. As you put your right foot down you’re going to spin counter-clockwise chop to the front pivot reverse punch with the right hand.
Intensity Form combo 3
Starting from right foot back guard stance, bring your left foot back to your foot as you step back with your right foot bring your hands up shu-do to the left 45. Spin counterclockwise as your right hand shots out palm up and wraps around. Once your facing the direction in which you started spinning left hand should extended out chop and pivot reverse punch on your right side.Right foot cross in front of your left foot as your left hand crosses on top of your right arm and sets up for a chop. Your left hand should chop out at the same time that your right foot crosses on top of your left. Spin counterclockwise again doing another chop punch combination (left hand chops, right hand punches).Step forward with your right foot to the corner and turn towards the back left corner of the room; ring, as you do an x block to the back corner. Uncross your hands as you shoot them down to your side, spin counterclockwise chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand.Skip front kick with your left leg followed by back leg round kick with your right leg. As your right leg comes down continue to spin counterclockwise and throw a right leg tornado kick. Continue to spin until your shoulders get squared to the corner and left hand chop to right hand reverse punch. Step out to the corner with your right foot as you set up the knife hand pose back to the front still on 45.
Intensity Form combo 4
Starting from knife hand pose slide your right foot up to your left foot, then step out with your left foot as you high block with your left hand pivot reverse punch.Turn to your right 45-left reverse punch; turn back to your left 45-palm heel strike. Look to the front step forward with your right foot as you pivot left hand reverse punch. Chamber your hands back in as you step forward with your left foot high block with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand.Bring your right hand back to your left shoulder as your left hand does an inverted knife chop to the front. Immediately chop with your right hand, step forward with your right foot as you pivot reverse punch with your left hand. Finish the hand combination with a spin counterclockwise as you inverted chop with your right hand spin out chop with your left hand and pivot reverse punch with your right hand. Bring your hands above your head as you x block and bring them down into a ready position.

All the first three combos have the same basic movements with a different kick for each combo; the basics are: left leg #3 kick, right leg #2 kick, right leg #3 kick, left leg #2 kick, jab cross.
