1-4. Start bringing your back leg round skipping backwards with your arms up and ready and begin to scoop your head all the way round.
5-8. One you have rotated your head all the way round 180 degrees keeping it in a horizontal position lift your back leg up as high as you can and push up hard off your other foot.
9-12. At this point keeping your body in the horizontal position swing your legs round in a circular motion landing on your foot that you swung up first.
tips:
Practice the step/skip round at the beginning to give you more momentum for the move
Keep your body in a horizontal postion
Most people who are right footed will push off their left foot so when following the step make sure you remember to change feet

1-3. Start with your arms upwards and begin to reach down in front of you with your arms locked out, as your first hand touches the ground your back leg should be on its way round while your other foot pushes of the ground to gain momentum. When you push off of your other foot start bringing your other leg round with legs straight.
4-6. Remember at this point to keep your body upright and continue round till your first foot hits the ground followed by your other foot keeping both your arms and legs locked out.
tips:
Try and keep in a straight line
Look down where your hands are going
Make sure one leg comes down before the other and keep your arms straight to avoid collapsing

1-2. Skip forwards to gather momentum
3-4. Plant both feet side on, knees bent, arms to one side ready to jump
5-6. Push off BOTH feet jumping upwards. Use your arms to pull to the side your twisting and bending the kicking knee ready to snap out. at about 270degrees snap out your kick.
7-8. Carry through your kick until your 360 degrees round back to your original position and land.
tips:
Use what ever momentum you find comfatable to gain height (I use the skip forwards)
Kick back your non kicking leg to give the impression that your higher than you actually are - it also looks better and cleaner

1-3. Step round with your left leg in front of your right leg as if you were doing a spin kick then as you bring your right knee up jump off your left leg as hard as you can pushing upwards
4-6. After pushing off your left leg kick round with the same leg and landing on your right
tips:
Try not using a turning kick getting into this move, either just step round or use a spin kick instead
Imagine kicking a target , you shoud be aiming for your own head height

Below is the four steps needed to achieve it:
1. The first step is a basic handstand - Try to do this with your legs locked out and together and come down one leg at a time
2. Repeat step 1 but this time as you come down take one hand off before bringing your legs back down to the floor remembering to do so one at a time
3. This is the hardest part of the trick, when you come up this time take one hand off abit earlier and pull your arm right up bringing your chest upwards so that it is no longer facing the floor
2. All that is left now is to kick, make sure you kick across your body rather than over the top, immediately after you kick bring your opposite leg to land
tips:
Much more of a co-ordination and balance trick than strength so keep practicing because it looks cool :) and is quite easy once you get your head round it
If you can't do a a good handstand keep practicing that until its good enough to move onto step 2 otherwise you are very unlikey to get it and if you do is will probably look abit messy
relax when doing this, don't think you have to rush it to get it.
remember to come down one leg at a time (the one your not kicking with first) is looks neater and are less likely to collapse.
